Chart Distribution & Storage is a leading supplier of cryogenic distribution and storage
equipment to the entire spectrum of bulk and packaged industrial gas customers. We supply
large users with vacuum-insulated storage tanks as big as 180,000 gallons (680,000 liters),
and we serve small customers requiring deliveries of cryogenic packaged gases.
Our bulk tanks are used to store and transport liquefied gases and hydrocarbon
gases at very low temperatures. End use customers include industrial gas producers and
welding distributors, chemical producers, electrical component manufacturers, health care
organizations, food processors, and businesses in the oil and natural gas industries.
We are the leading supplier of cryogenic cylinders and systems that are used to deliver
smaller quantities of liquefied gas to end users. Our market-leading ORCA® MicroBulk systems
provide uninterrupted gas supply for small users in metal fabrication, laboratories and many
other applications. Another significant innovation is our Trifecta® Laser Gas system, which
meets the "assist gas" performance requirements for high-powered lasers used in metal fabrication.
In addition to these products, we also produce vehicle fuel systems for centrally fueled LNG
fleets. We supply bulk liquid CO2 containers, manufactured under the MVE brand name, that are
used for beverage carbonation in restaurants, convenience stores and cinemas. We manufacture
flow meter systems for industrial gas applications. We also design and install complete cryogenic
systems with a particular focus on bulk liquid nitrogen, argon and oxygen applications. And we operate
a dedicated parts and service business with locations in the U.S., China and the Czech Republic,
providing installation, service and maintenance of cryogenic products.
